Meet Carol...
I am Carol M. Fisher, an Occupational Therapist, registered and licensed, with over 40 years working in the field.

While I have experience and expertise in multiple types of treatment modalities, integrating the use of Myofascial Release is my passion! It pairs beautifully with all of my other training, and has become the heart and soul of what I offer during each treatment session.

I utilize the John F. Barnes PT approach to Myofascial Release and taught for John for 10 years.
With this foundation, I have developed a unique approach to treating :
-
Newborns with breast and bottle feeding challenges
-
Women’s Health
-
Chronic Pain

Helping each person to be at their best is always my goal!

Approach...
Body, Mind and Spirit...
During each session with my clients I consider their body, mind, and Spirit as a whole and integrated system. Together, we address issues both at the site of the symptoms and beyond! This approach allows the body to release the areas preventing optimal life function, regardless of the age of the client.
Holding Space for my Clients...
"What does it mean to 'hold space' for someone else? It means that we are willing to walk alongside another person in whatever journey they're on without judging them, making them feel inadequate, trying to fix them, or trying to impact the outcome.

When we hold space for other people, we open our hearts, offer unconditional support, and let go of judgement and control."

"Carol has been a lifesaver in the most challenging first few months of all three of my children’s lives. She helped identify and treat both lip and tongue ties, as well as other muscular issues that drastically
affected my ability to comfortably and efficiently breastfeed my children. Carol made me feel comfortable and took the time to treat each of my children as a whole - providing them with individualized hands-on treatment in addition to teaching me techniques to continue progress at home.
She is very knowledgeable and provided resources to enable me to have three successful breastfeeding journeys!
I would highly recommend Carol to those struggling with any type infant feeding challenges!" - K.S.
